Horizon Pacific is all about Bill and Nancy Ripley’s love for the ocean. They’re from Mays Landing, New Jersey, where they grew up doing fun stuff like waterskiing and surfing. They loved the sea so much that they moved with their kids to Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
In the 1990s, Bill started working in real estate and property management on the Isle of Palms. He became really good at it because he worked super hard and always cared about his clients. In 2008, they bought Horizon Pacific and have been running it with the same dedication ever since.
In 2011, Bill and Nancy decided to move to Costa Rica because they fell in love with its amazing scenery, cool culture, and friendly people. They wanted to share this awesome place with others.
