Surfing and skateboarding are so similar. This sport is picking up considerably in rural Costa Rica regions.

Instead of falling into water, the skateboarder has unforgiving concrete to deal with.

The activity is for all ages, like 7-year-old Nicoya King from Playa Grande. She has been skating for SIX WEEKS (since March 2022). She enjoys being able to “fly”. She is advancing quickly thanks to Loda and the team at La Rampa.

She is sponsored by Testimony Skateboards.
