The Pina Colada is one of the first things that comes to mind when people think of tropical drinks.

Here in Costa Rica, it is made with native Pineapples that are very sweet. sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset with this lovely boat drink in your hands. You can even order these with no alcohol.

One serving each

Piña Colada

½ cup chopped pineapple
1 ounce coconut cream
1 ounce evaporated milk
1½ ounces dark rum
1 cup of ice

Mix all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute. Decorate with pineapple slice and a cherry

Cosmopolitan

2 ounces vodka
3 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce triple sec liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass and mix. Decorate with slice of lime and a cherry.
