Chocolate Cake

- 6 tablespoons non-dutched cacao powder
- 250 grams (2 cups) wheat flour
- 300 grams (1 1/3 cups) raw cane sugar (tapa de dulce)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams (2/3 cups) butter, melted
- 1 cup of water
- 3-4 tablespoons cacao nibs from The Beach Chocolate Factory
Preheat oven to 340 Fahrenheit/170 degrees centigrade.
Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, melted butter, and water. Mix well.
Pour into greased non-stick baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes, until inserted knife comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.
