‼️ Important Reminder for CR Corporations and CR LLCs‼️

As of the latest government resolution (MH-DGT-RES-0020-2024), all previous Special Powers of Attorney (POAs) for BCCR filings are no longer valid. Each company must now grant a new POA to complete this year’s Ultimate Beneficiary filing. You may choose between:

1️⃣ Special Limited POA – one-time use, must be renewed yearly.

2️⃣ General POA – registered at the National Registry, valid for future filings. We’ll be sending each client an email with more detailed information and instructions.
